How influencer payments are protected

On The Creators Bio the brand pays upfront and the money is held until the content is approved and live; then the creator is paid. Creators keep 100% of their price, and brands pay a 5%–10% service fee on top.

Why it matters

Most influencer deals run on trust: creators chase late invoices, and brands pay before seeing the content. Holding the payment in the middle removes both risks. The creator knows the money exists before starting; the brand only releases it for content it approved.

If something goes wrong

Either side can open a dispute at any point between payment and release. The payment is frozen while our team reviews the brief, the messages and the content, then either releases it to the creator or refunds the brand. If the creator cancels before delivering, the brand is refunded in full.

Questions

When does the creator get paid?

72 hours after the post goes live, or 72 hours after the brand approves the content for UGC-only deals. The brand pays upfront, so the money is already there.

What if the brand never reviews the draft?

If a brand doesn't approve or ask for changes within 5 days of a draft being submitted, it's approved automatically, so creators aren't left waiting.

What does it cost?

Creators pay nothing and keep 100% of their price. Brands pay a service fee of 5%–10% on top, depending on their plan, and never more than 5% when they book through a creator's own link. UAE VAT applies to the fee only.

What happens if something goes wrong?

Either side can open a dispute while the deal is in progress. Payment is frozen and our team reviews the brief, messages and content, then releases the payment to the creator or refunds the brand.

Can a creator cancel after the brand has paid?

Yes, before delivering. The brand gets a full refund.
