Editorial policy
Our guides explain influencer marketing rules, prices and practice for brands and creators in the countries we serve. Each one is written by The Creators Bio team, checked against primary sources, dated, and corrected when the facts change.
Who writes our guides
Guides are written and reviewed by The Creators Bio team in Dubai, the people who run the marketplace. We write about what we see every day: how creators are booked, priced, paid and verified.
Sources we use
- Laws and regulator websites first: for example, the UAE National Media Authority for advertiser permits.
- Official platform documentation for how Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Snapchat measure reach and engagement.
- Our own marketplace data for prices and rates, published only once enough creators list prices to make the numbers meaningful, and never showing one creator's private data.
Guides that rely on outside facts list their sources at the end, with links.
Fact-checking and updates
- A guide about rules or permits stays unpublished until its facts have been checked against the regulator's own pages.
- Every guide shows the date it was last checked. We recheck guides when a rule, fee or platform changes, and at least every six months.
- Guides summarise the rules; they aren't legal or tax advice. For a specific case, confirm with the regulator or a qualified adviser.
Independence
We don't accept payment to mention a brand, agency or creator in a guide. When a guide describes how The Creators Bio works, it says so plainly.
