1. What we are

The Creators Bio is a marketplace that connects creators with brands. We are not a party to the creative work; we facilitate the booking, payment and approval.

2. Fees

Creators pay no fees. Brands pay a service fee on top of the creator's price for each booking: 10% on Starter, 8% on Growth and 5% on Pro, and never more than 5% when the booking comes through the creator's own link. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance and can be cancelled anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices exclude VAT.

3. Payments

• The brand pays before work starts. We hold the funds through our payment provider.
• Funds release to the creator 72 hours after the content goes live (or after approval for UGC), unless a dispute is opened.
• A draft with no response from the brand for 5 days is treated as approved.

4. Usage rights

Brands may use content only for the term and channels stated in the deal. Paid advertising requires the deal to include paid-ads rights.

5. Off-platform payments

Moving a deal off The Creators Bio to avoid fees removes our payment protection and may lead to account suspension.

6. Disputes

Either side can open a dispute while a deal is in progress. Our team reviews the deal record and decides to release or refund.

7. Advertising rules

Creators are responsible for complying with local advertising rules, including the UAE Media Council advertiser permit and clear ad disclosure.
