Questions
What is a profile unlock?
Opening a creator's full insights: verified audience data, audience-quality checks, follower history, track record and rates. Re-opening a creator you've already unlocked this month is free.
When do allowances reset?
On the 1st of every month. Unused unlocks, downloads and reports don't roll over.
What's the booking fee?
A service fee added on top of the creator's price when you book through The Creators Bio. It covers payment protection, contracts and dispute handling, and it's lower on paid plans. Bookings that come through a creator's own link are capped at 5%.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are monthly or yearly with no lock-in. When you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices exclude VAT. UAE-billed companies pay 5% VAT; companies billed outside the UAE don't.
